Amgram (“we”), operated by JF Boyer respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account: email, password (encrypted), profile information.

• Conversation content: your messages, threads, and uploaded files.

• Memory: preferences and facts you choose to save in Amgram.

• Vault: documents you store there.

• Connectors: if you link a third-party service (e.g. QuickBooks), we store encrypted access tokens to act on your behalf with that service.

• Technical data: device, logs, crash reports.

• Approximate location: only if you consent.

2. Why we use it

To provide and improve the service, personalize your responses, ensure security, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data.

3. Third-party providers (subprocessors)

To operate Amgram, your content may be processed by:

• Supabase — database and authentication

• Vercel — hosting

• Anthropic and OpenRouter — AI models that generate responses (your message is sent to them for processing)

• Resend — transactional email

• Sentry — crash reporting

• Intuit/QuickBooks — only if you connect that service

These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and your data directly in the app at any time.

5. Your rights

Under Quebec’s Law 25 and applicable laws, you can access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your data. Contact us at Ask@amgram.ai.
